Geographic location

Chubut extends between parallels 42º and 46º of South Latitude. The surface of the Province of Chubut is 224,686 Km2, being the third largest in the Argentine Republic.

Puerto Madryn is a modern tourist, commercial and industrial city with more than 90,000 inhabitants. Located on the western coast of the Nuevo Gulf, in the Province of Chubut, 50 km north of its capital Rawson, 450 km north of Comodoro Rivadavia and 1,350 km south of the city of Buenos Aires, it offers a excellent tourist offer to the visitor where it combines activities linked to nature, fauna observation and possibilities for active tourism.
